Soil Erosion Pollution Awareness Course Phase II to be scheduled soon.

  This course will train you as a storm water competent person as defined by TCEQ's TPDES program.  You will learn :

     * Become familiar with regulations and regulatory agencies’ role

     * Gain basic understanding of the TXR040000 Small MS4 Permit and

        TXR150000 Construction General Permit

    * Understand the SWP3 - Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan components

    * Understand construction site inspection and management to enable selection

         of the most appropriate BMPs
